Our Story

"Bell's Fresh Fruit and Waffles started the way a lot of good things do — at the ball field, on a long tournament weekend, with a hungry kid and not a single healthy option in sight."

As a single mom of 4, I spent more weekends than I can count sitting in those folding chairs, watching games, cheering my heart out — and watching my kids and their teammates fuel up on greasy concession stand food because there wasn't anything else.

Beyond running Bell's, Tara is deeply rooted in the local sports community. She's a volunteer softball coach in Portsmouth and can often be found on the field as an umpire, giving back to the game that inspired her business.

I knew there had to be a better way. So I built one.

Bell's Fresh Fruit and Waffles is a fresh, family-friendly food truck serving up real fruit smoothies, mini Belgian waffles loaded with the good stuff, fresh-cut fruit buckets, and the kind of treats that fuel kids without crashing them.

We travel the New Hampshire and southern Maine area, showing up at tournaments, festivals, weddings, schools, and birthday parties. Every smoothie is blended with real fruit. Every waffle is made fresh. Every treat is something I'd feed my own kids — because most of the time, I am.
